Frosty Parkrun

Up early to Marshall at our local Dalby Parkrun. Lots of layers applied and a brisk walk out and back to stay warm. Only a few intrepid runners ensured we were not standing still for long. Back home for a warming coffee. This is some of the leading runners and dogs. Definitely a day for watching your step as it was very icy in parts!

A quick turnaround before heading across to Escrick for lunch. An opportunity to catch up with orienteering friends. Much better than trying to meet in the car park after running!

Back home in the daylight before the roads started to freeze. Fire lit and we haven’t moved far since.
