Beautiful crisp winters day

Attempted to brave the shops to get new clothes due to weight loss, hadn't been into town in ages and was shocked to see so many shops closed. Suffice to say I only lasted 30 mins

Took myself off for a beautiful ride on the mountain bike along the greenway this afternoon, lovely to get fresh air

M still ill so went solo with the neighbours tonight, very nice meal out in leamington
