Superwoman

Gabi was jeffing today and took some more time off her PB. For a long time her MS has slowed her to the point where she didn't enjoy walking parkrun anymore and volunteered instead.  It's great seeing her running.

We had a gathering in the Bakehouse afterwards and pakrun ambassador Len joined us to whizz through the HQ conference presentation looking forwards to the next few years of parkrun.  I will be thinking about persoparkrun goals for next year soon.

It was cold and the rest of the day was a TV focused one.
