Patrick's prize-winning poster
All our final year students are required to produce posters as part of the assessment of their honours projects. These are presented together at a poster session on the day that the written project reports are submitted, and the best poster is awarded a prize.
This year's winner was my student Patrick Notz. For his project he explored how the National Museum of Scotland uses social media to interact with the public.
In other news I have discovered that my third prize for the Edinburgh Outdoors photography competition is a voucher to spend on plants at the Inch Nursery, and a guided tour of the floral clock in Princes Street Gardens.
