New visitor

Today a gull sat on my balcony railing, what's new to me as I'd not seen a gull up that corner ever. They always fly around in large numbers as here is some 10 kms from the beach and sea, what's no distance for these seabirds. 
Wild bird as it is, it's urbanised too as it didn't wink or fly off while it watched me walk and get my camera plus focus the lens for this capture.
