Numbers and Lines

Our lives as filled and dictated by numbers and lines.

We have to walk the party line. Or not, and bear the consequences.
We should not overstep the line. Or do and find ourselves isolated.
We draw red lines for others not to cross. If they do, they are cancelled.

We are ruled by our numbers. Our ages, our weights, our salaries, our bank balances, the number of likes and shares, the size of our friend lists.
