Connaught Water

Today we woke to clear blue skies and the inevitable frosty cold that accompanies it at this time of the year.  Mr MC and I took a walk around Connaught Water, where unfortunately my camera battery died after less than half a dozen shots.  The rest of my pics had to be taken with my phone and the views at least look half decent as you see here.
Unfortunately some shots with this phone look as though I've applied some sort of art filter so the fabulous opportunity with the cygnets following Mum and Dad across the ice as they gingerly make their way to a swimming area, appears in extras.  Do look though.  I'm sure they'll never do it again when I am present with either phone or camera!
