Made with that gochu-garu chili powder I bought a while ago.

The first batch turned out a complete failure, because I misread the instructions and allowed way too much oxygen contact which is a sure-fire way to create an infected fermentation.

Now I can finally try the fruits of my second attempt, and it is glorious.
