Unfavourable Weather for Sailing

Don't really know why I ventured up to the sailing club I went with little intention of sailing. There was a little breeze but very cold but I used the excuse that the ropes were all frozen stiff on the dinghy. A few windsurfers were doing some training but no dinghies ventured out.  Water level is still well down but rising.
