Snow today

So a morning surprise when I looked outside the window …. Snowing and most of the day we have had snow. H is staying for a couple of days. She arrived by train yesterday. We visited my neighbour this morning and she had made us cheese scones. This afternoon we went to the farm. Tonight the dogs are now snoozing and our evening meal of baked potatoes and cheese is cooking. We have the fire lit so it’s nice and cosy.
