Winter Wonderland

It should have been a day for photography - initially with a heavy frost, then freezing fog which enhanced the ice crystals - but I'd entered an orienteering event at Kelling Heath. The course took me up & down the very steep woodland to the north of the holiday park, then around in the rather flatter but still complicated woodland to the south. Cold, magical - & no stopping for photos! After hot soup back in the van I did manage to grab a few snaps before we set off for home. The frost lessened as we headed south, though the fog unfortunately increased.
