Balloon glow

A great day today, starting with a wonderful service at church, followed by our Advent Bible study. After a bite to eat and a coffee at home, we went hiking at Long Branch Farm and trails. In the early evening we drove up to Middletown, about a 35/40 minute drive, to see their Light Up Middletown event, a drive through Christmas light display, and for tonight only, for about 45 minutes, a Balloon Glow event. They used to do one in Cincinnati around Thanksgiving time, which we managed to get to once, but unfortunately they don’t do it anymore. The mixture of lights and the hot-air balloons was really beautiful. Since dinner would have been rather late by the time we got home, we stopped for some Mexican food on the way back
