Setting Out

This morning we parked at the Cardrona Hotel, and walked from there along a dirt road to Touhey's Gully road.  (Extra 1)  The lupins looked lovely, but quite a hot walk in the sunshine.  +22C.   (Extra 2). 

We each ordered lunch, I had 'Loaded Wedges', which were absolutely delicious, but far too many on the plate!  I could only eat half of them.  We had a cuppa in the beautiful gardens, before heading for home.  Another lovely walk, just over 10K steps, or 8 Ks.
