???

Spotted this attached to our outdoor wooden table. It was hanging by what looked like a piece of white fluff from one of the legs. I don't know what made this, but it looks very carefully designed. Trying to Google it now. So far I've found this which looks very similar but apparently it was found in Madagascar- a little bit further West than me...

UPDATE: it's not a nest, it's a cocoon... I think. Maybe a bagworm moth.
