St.Albans Cathedral

went to St Albans today. Stocked up in the farmers market, did my first lot of Xmas shopping and went for a look around the cathedral. It was lovely and frosty out but bitterly cold.  We stayed on at the cathedral to listen to an organ recital (Olivier Messiaen, La Nativitié du Seigneur). 
Luckily we got home before the snow started as by the time I put the bins out there was already at least 6 inches of snow on them!
