He Seemed To Love It Too

I worked Jack in full bit, bridle and side reins today. As it was the first time for him and as the school was quite solid, we didn’t do a lot, it was more getting him used to it all. We finished off with some time ‘playing’ in the stable. I introduced Jack to a new toy that Johnny used to love, a treat ball, and he seemed to love it too!

Mr Kit and I tried to go to Beverley, thinking it might be a quieter option than York, not appreciating that they also had a Christmas Market and the whole place was heaving, after trying a number of full car parks we ended up turning round and going back home having wasted a few precious hours and feeling like a real Grinch as I just wanted to finish off my Christmas shopping without having to fight my way through crowds of market visitors.
