Nice easy dinner today.

In spite of the weather there were a lot of shoppers out and about, and coming into the cancer research shop to keep warm as well as spending money. Dinner tonight was pea and asparagus risotto, extra asparagus and smoked salmon chopped through at the end. I always keep at least one bag of the frozen risotto in the freezer for nights when I don't want to mess about!
