Loch Oich

This is Loch Oich taken from near my survey site today.

By far, this was the coldest site day of the year. The air temperature only told half the story. A steady -4 can be well defended with an extra later or two. Here, the Great Glen trench is in shadow of any sunshine and there was a constant breeze from the east wafting that fog along the loch, its tiny droplets alighting and freezing on survey kit.
