My shoe needed a nap....

Early morning walk before work and a couple of hours in the training hall after work. 

The boys had their dinners, when we came home and then it was time for a nap.

Apparently my shoe needed a nap too and Xmas was kind enough to make sure it was comfortable... ;-)
