Oak leaf and gall
I think probably this image, i would consider it be experimental rather than arty.
Rebecca returned from her hound walking, with an oak leaf complete with a gall. Unknown to me (with science degree in trees) i was enlightened to hear that oak galls were once upon a time, used in the manufacture of ink.
Quel suprise!
Photographed upon a stack of our own bees, beeswax, melted down into manageable pieces.
