Ghostly
I've changed trains at Basingstoke several times before and have either taken photos of station architecture or visited the tedious shopping centre opposite the station (once was enough) or just kicked my heels on the platform. This time I went in search of fog and frost and was astounded to see from the far end of the platform what I later discovered are the ruins of the Chapel of the Holy Ghost. I started to think that I might build in a longer changeover next time I come this way but actually this mysterious view with its frontage of frosted railway weeds looks very much better than the more sanitised pictures I've seen online since I got back home. Interesting history though.
