Minus 6

Minus 6 at lunchtime. You have to be ingenious as a Community Nurse, my uniform is a short sleeved cotton dress, under it today I had a thermal vest, 300 denier thermal tights and a pair of thermal lined leggings, over it I had a cardigan, fleece and thick winter coat! I looked like the Michelin man. Everywhere looked beautiful and because it was so cold there was no moisture, so the roads were clear, which was something to be grateful for.
