Cookie cutters

...awaiting assignment. The annual Washington Post cookie section (in the weekly Wednesday Food section each year at this time) has some intriguing recipes. I think I might try the strawberry pistachio slice cookies as well as the Filipino sandwich cookies with caramelized white chocolate and marmalade ganache. Then again, maybe not...sugar cookies with sprinkles are more my speed. :-)
