And in complete contrast

This much more serious looking Santa is one we bought in Munich when we once went at Christmas-time. 

We had a productive round trip today - Lakeland to collect an ordered item . . . and for breakfast (I was lucky enough to be able to order the delicious cheese soufflé from the lunch menu). Then we returned via Kendal and Majestic for some Christmas wines (the wonderful guy there reminded me that I might want sherry - I only buy one bottle a year and he always chooses it for me - I had forgotten today). Then we called in at Orton Chocolate Shop for some Christmas goodies.
