The Osprey Loop

Leading the Tuesday crowd from Haverthwaite into Rousea Woods and back up the Leven. It was not nearly as pretty as Sunday when I did the recce because the sun was hiding.  This shot is taken on the "Osprey" loop although of course the Ospreys will have flown off somewhere much warmer. The Woodland Trust suggest Senegal or The Gambia where they have an easy time with a warm climate and lots of fish to eat.
