Left overs

The carrot, ginger and orange soup all disappeared but I have been left a little bread and butter pudding by the ladies, who all managed to navigate through the ice to get here.
House like a chinese laundry as No2 son has a frozen pipe problem (his washing machine is in a barn).  Can't believe how much washing they have.  When you live on your own you forget what it is like to have washing for more than one person.
