Warning!

This is my Tumble Drier, which I bought in August. When it arrived we lifted the old one down and replaced it with the new one. Lately it has not been drying the washing. Yesterday It was even slow to start and when it did come on the air from the vent was cold.  I phoned the shop and was told I had to phone the manufacturer. Luckily I had filled out and registered the guarantee. 
My drier is kept in the garage. I have always kept them in the garage without any problem. I discovered today when the repair man came that  with modern technology they don't work in freezing conditions . They should be at room temperature. So until the weather warms up a little I will be using a clothes horse.
I also discovered the sane problem recently with a freezer. Who would imagine a freezer not working because it was too cold. 
Ask questions before you buy. We did find a freezer that could be kept in the garage But only one manufacturer guaranteed this.
