The Keep Fat Christmas Do

This morning saw the annual trip to buy a Christmas tree from the local garden centre.

This evening saw another annual event, the Keep Fat Christmas Do, at which we undo any good we might have done in a year of Monday night fitness activities. This year’s was notable for the fact that I won the traditional post-meal game of skittles, a knockout style game which I normally exit in the early rounds.
