Winter colour

I spent some time this morning helping my friend do the final checks on her house and clear out the last minute items.  Unfortunately some items of furniture that were very dear to her couldn't be taken down the stairs and she had to call someone in to break them up for disposal.  It was all done and the sale completed and she left to pick up her daughter from her friends house and travel back to London with her.

On the way back home I couldn't resist stopping to take this colourful scene.
