Contrasts

Up early and into town for a wander and a few things. Didn't enjoy it, the last time I was in town was when I was going through jury duty and today it just felt all wrong. It brought it all back. Not that it is ever far from my mind anyway.

Spent the rest of the day feeling spaced out and numb. It's been a long day.

The hotel has been booked, it's not sitting right with me but no going back now.
