Ice Breaker

Inspired by blipper menoleica (whose odd photo perspectives are always delightful).  The chickens' water bowl was frozen this morning. I wedged out the half inch thick circle of ice, held it up to the sun, and voila!
Faffed a bit for color.

Reinforcements are scheduled to fly in tonight!  The musician is due at 8 PM at the BWI airport.  Fingers crossed the huge winter storm in the mid-west doesn't complicate the arrival.
