Twist

After what I think is 3 years of no panto, the town has come back with a cracker.  Fabulous costumes and sets, a very entertaining cast including some very young ones, a lot of humour and the team pulled off a bit of a coup with Banjo from the tv interior design show making an appearance.  Unexpected and a brilliant addition.  His role was that of giving design tips to the evil witch for the Hansel & Gretel gingerbread house, the main one being to make it out of the Island Bakery's Lemon Melts instead of gingerbread.  Well done to Barbara and all the amazing people behind the scenes who have been working hard to overcome all the challenges thrown at them.

In other news it is still so bitterly cold that M could just put the contents of the big chest freezer in the garden whilst he defrosted it, not a small task.
