The Wild West

Lunch in Paisley today, cooked and served up by hospitality students.
It was very good indeed, and the service was immaculate .
Tomato and red pepper soup, with little mini loaf shaped bread.
Medallion of fillet beef with red wine sauce, roasted and mashed potatoes, haggis bon bon, and vegetables in a filo basket.
Cheese Board.
A sliver of a busy day, and well done those students!
