Swans.

Another freezing day, but I do love this weather.

 I walked round the reservoir with Ali this morning, something I've not been able to do much lately because it's far too muddy. Frustratingly the Heron was sat on one of the bouys looking majestic. I only had my phone with me (I don't tend to carry my camera when dog walking, and certainly not in these slippery conditions). I couldn't get a decent shot. After I'd got home and fed Ali, I headed back with my camera, hoping that he'd still be there. He wasn't. So I snapped the very cold looking swan family. I wonder how much longer the cygnets will be with Mum and Dad?

My only asked for contribution for the Christmas dinner was to make the cauliflower cheese. Ticked that off the 'to do' list today. Now only need to finish wrapping presents and decide what to take up to Manchester (clothes wise).
