Robin

I took my life in my hands and ventured out for my pre-work walk.  It wasn’t’ too bad.  It was very crisp underfoot and icy in places, but mostly manageable.  After a very busy weekend at work, we had another really busy day.
 
I was glad to escape for half an hour at lunchtime.  It was sunny and cold, and the route I took was very icy .
 
After work I had to pop out for a quick shop, then make tea and ice TT’s birthday cake.
 
Poor TT is full of the cold and not feeling fabulous.  He blew out his candles and had an early night!
 
There were lots of birds flitting about when I was out at lunchtime.  This robin stood still long enough for me to get a blip.
