Sun Rise!

From my patio window this was what greeted me this morning. The sun is shining , the sky is blue & clear but the snow is still lingering. Temperature went I took this blip at 8.20am was -6%c I couldn't believe it it seemed to be climbing. It is - 2 now (12.20 pm) however I'm sure that will decline again soon.
I'm waiting for a friend to come to lunch, she travels 50 miles to see me, such a lovely lady, so we'll chat for an hour & then she will be on her way back home.
