The chameleon flowers

Am I pink or am I blue....?  Indecision city!

My hydrangea have an identity crisis and can't decide whether they want to be blue or pink.  I did try to influence the colour once or twice a long time ago but nothing seemed to change so now, they have to look after themselves.  I also have a white one but he's the black sheep of the family!
