-5.9 this morning…..very early…..i warmed up a lot before i went to bed and had a bit better night….exercising with going up and down 3 flights of stairs….today moved all bedroom furniture to hover underneath…and a good dust….and walked to the bins…..i have a uti so drinking a lot….
Elv is bringing some shopping later….tomorrow at 9.30 my hairdresser comes…..looking forward to that…..

the birds have several feeding frenzies in the day….lovely to see their movements…
