Tooting Common: Neighbourhood Watch?

I had plans and errands in Balham and Tooting, so swung by Tooting Common (the corvid corner, not the pond...) en route over. The car said it was -5C at that time, and my toes (and their chilblains) won't thank me for my frigid photo session.
