Whitstable Harbour

That old standby. We’ve been out all day visiting friends in Whitstable. We made an early start wanting to “enjoy” the winter sunshine and sea at Whitstable before visiting our friends for a fish and chips lunch and a good old wide ranging and voluble conversation.

It was indeed a very good walk along the seafront to the Continental Hotel and back, stopping for coffee at the hotel. Very cold indeed, below freezing even beside the sea. Lovely sunshine, blue skies and keen wind aided our steps.
