Birthday Girl

It’s Sophie’s 8th birthday today so Tess, Chris and I were invited for a party tea and grand present opening after school. As you can see she was delighted with her presents and was soon engrossed in playing with them. She’s at that lovely age where she’s still young enough to enjoy playing imaginative games with, this year, OMG dolls while old enough to handle modern technology like these headphones for listening to her music.

Earlier my golfing partners and I were mad enough to be out in temperatures of -4 at 8.30 to start our golf round. The frozen greens caused some spectacular and unpredictable bounces.
