Thermal cut-out with the necessary heatshrink insulation replaced. The original had done the usual fault for the associated bit of equipment and split, allowing the case to short to Earth, and tripped all the power in the room. Not a brilliant design for a none-to-greatly put together (i.e. cheaply made) piece of equipment.
