Jack Frost

Jack Frost had been at work during the night decorating the windowpanes with his sparkling scribbles. (extra phs).  No snow.

Progress is being made with my walking and I have now reached a bit of a plateau where I feel frustrated!  I am active in the house and can do most everyday things except bending over and carrying.  The trolley is an essential aid especially in the kitchen!

E, B and S came for tea and cake (which E had made) this afternoon and we had a very pleasant time catching up.  Tomorrow I go to the physio for the first time and am looking forward to his pointing me in the right direction.  I think the exercises are paramount to strengthening my muscles and  walking.
