Monkey puzzle

I popped into Sainsbury's this evening for a few things and when I got back to my car saw this nifty bit of monkey parking.  It was a puzzle - what was Monkey doing there? how had he managed to park so neatly? had he been forgotten?  It had a touch of Toy Story about it; I was expecting Buzz Lightyear to turn up any minute to befriend Monkey.
