2 Trees and a Shadow

Mr B continued his search for turkey escalopes. He went out early, returning to Asda and then Waitrose. Later we went to Branksome Waitrose together. No luck. Waitrose had ‘nothing turkey’ at all - they must be delaying the killing fields till just before Xmas (re avian flu/turkey shortage).

Bus back to town. Bought Zara vouchers for Xmas for my little cousins (“actually first cousins twice removed”) who are coming from the big smoke at the weekend. Looking forward.

Then Flat Whites at Fika, before walking back. Has been a stunning day, wall to wall sunshine and blue skies, but cold. My blip was taken before the sun went down. ‘Extraordinarily’ lovely shadows cast by the pines (for Ingeborg’s Abstract Thursday).
