Elvish excitement from a classic tale

The tiny leather bound book belonged to my mother,  she and I and Memories4Me loved any and all illustrations done by Tasha Tudor. Speaking of Memories4Me, we chatted on the phone today, thankfully, she's feeling better. I recently found out that we both descend from a Mayflower Pilgrim, Edward Doty, my 8th great grandfather, that makes us distant cousins. We have a lot in common too!


I won money in a pool we used to have the last year I taught . We all put $5 in and at the end of the month a winner's name was drawn and they won the pot. I bought the large Annalee elf with my winnings.


For the Record, 
This day came in dark with heavy rain by afternoon. We're both tired and looking forward to the weekend to organize all of our Christmas purchases and check our lists. I'll be Painting tomorrow with my Zoommates.
