Visit by the carer manager

She was here at 1130 and was able to witness how obstructive and unwilling Carol was to do anything like moving. I told Mairita that Carol doesn't like the new carer and argues with her frequently, saying that Ngozy treats her like a small child. I think she may have a UTI. Will ring Dr in morning.
Mairita told me there was no chance of a replacement carer before Zizi returns on 9 January.
Carol tells me 10 times a day to "get rid of that woman".
It doesn't help that C doesn't understand her alot of the time..
