We’re with the Band

A slightly disrupted work day with a scheduled hospital appointment in the middle of the day for me (Chris). What turned out to be my final post surgery eye check up, I’ve now been discharged back to the regular diabetic eye screening 6 monthly checks. I’ve lived with quite reduced vision in the right eye now for 18 months, fully accepting it’s as good as it’s going to be now!!

This evening, a fun night out with friends and the up and coming band, South Arcade who get blipped again. They put on a superb set at The Horn in St Albans, great stuff.
