I like finding things that are out of place; a glove in a tree, a shoe on a fire hydrant, a hubcap on a fence. The fact that it's been hanging there for the last two Saturdays either means that the owner doesn't want it back, or it's a secret sign. But what could it mean?

Am not sleeping well. The Beloved says it's excitement but I know how waking up excited feels and this is not it. I've been a grumpy zombie all day. That said, are zombies ever NOT grumpy?
