Beauty and the Beast

Spent the morning cycling around with Arlo on the beast, up to the library, down to the cafe and around on a wee tour of the cycle paths. Then this afternoon picked up my new bike, desperate to take it for a spin but haven't had the opportunity today. To say I'm excited would be an understatement. Arlo was disappointed that there wasn't a bike in the shop for him, so I treated him to some toy cars instead.

Had reserved a couple of books at the library for myself - the Mark E Smith book and the first book from Luke Haines. Here's a tune from the latter, taking me back to those heady days of '92 watching the Auteurs supporting Suede at the venue.
